To evolve Roselia into Roserade in Pokemon Legends Z-A, you will need to use a shiny stone on Roselia. Shiny Stones can be found at the Stone Emporium for 3,000 Pokedollar. They can also be found on the ground in the world if lucky enough. In Vert Sector 6, a shiny stone can also be found on the roof.

If you want to skip the process, an Alpha Roserade can be found at the center of Wild Zone 20 during both the day and night.
