How to Revive Fossils in Pokemon Legends Z-A

The answer to How to Revive Fossils in Pokemon Legends Z-A is not a super complicated one.

During Main Mission 11, you will get Side Mission 27: “Restored from a Fossil”. In this, you will meet Reg, who is at the Laboratory on 2F, or the second floor. He will be standing in front of a blue cylinder and will have the Quest Icon over his head.

There, you will be given the choice of the Jaw Fossil or Sail Fossil to revive. You can pick either one. Once that is complete and you get your choice in Pokemon, you will be able to go to the Stone Emporium. Here is where you can get Old Amber and then return to Reg and revive the stone.

After this, you will get Aerodactyl to add to your team. Do note, Old Amber will cost you P 30,000, so this will not be a cheap addition to your team.
