Trainers can easily receive Drampanite, the Mega Stone, for Drampa at Quasartico Inc. for 360 Mega Shards. You can find this in the Rouge District or in the Northwest portion of the map.
This is certainly a new way to do it based on how it has been in the past. You will be able to do this once you get your Mega Ring and have gotten a bit further with Quasartico Inc.
Trainers can receive Mega Shards by breaking the Pink colored rocks all around the city with their Pokémon. The rocks will then drop a certain number of shards. Collect them and turn them in to Quasartico Inc.
There could potentially be other ways; we will update this article once that is known.
