Trainers can easily locate Blastoise, the Mega Stone, for Blastoise at the Stone Emporium for P 100,000. This location is on Vernal Avenue, which can be located on the map.
Trainers can receive Mega Shards by breaking the Pink colored rocks all around the city with their Pokémon. The rocks will then drop a certain number of shards. Collect them and turn them in to Quasartico Inc.
