How you get the Audinite or the Mega Stone for Audino in Pokemon Legends Z-A is at Quasartico Inc. for 180 Mega Shards. You can find this in the Rouge District or in the Northwest portion of the map.
This is certainly a new way to do it, based on how it has been in the past. You will be able to do this once you get your Mega Ring and have gotten a bit further with Quasartico Inc.
You are able to get Mega Shards by breaking the Pink colored rocks all around the city with your Pokemon. These will drop a certain amount and as you collect them, you can turn them in to Quasartico Inc.
There may be other ways; we will update this article once that is known.
Mega Audino will change its typing from just a Normal-type Pokemon to Normal and Fairy.
