The only known way to get Hisuian Goodra into Pokemon Legends Z-A is Pokemon Home once it becomes available. This is expected to be sometime in 2026. If we had to guess, you would likely expect this to happen sometime in the first few months of 2026. Likely, we could see it happen at or around Pokémon Day 2026.
It is a bit surprising that this Pokemon was not included in the game to start. Mainly due to the fact that so many other region forms were added. The full Galarian Slowpoke line, Galarian Stunfisk and Alolan Raichu were all added.
This was because they had to be in the game and you need to code every form if a Pokemon is in any certain game. That is why Hisuian Goodra is in Legends Z-A in the first place.
