Unfortunately, there is only one way to Evolve Kadabra into Alakazam in Pokemon Legends Z-A, trading.
That is right, almost unbelievably, you will have to trade with someone else to get your Huanter to evolve. This does mean that you will need Nintendo Switch Online, which is a paid service. Luckily there are a few options.

If you do not have someone to trade with or want to risk getting your shiny Kadabra stolen by a random trade partner, you can go find an Alakazam elsewhere in Pokemon Legends Z-A.
You can find an Alpha Alakazam in Wild Zone 20, which is at the end of the game. It will be level 64 or 65 and will be very tough. Sadly this is the only chance you have to get an Alazkazam without trading.
