1. First you need to get either a Zubat and evolve it at Level 22 or you can find a Golbat in 3-Star Hyperspace Wild Zones.
2. Then in order to evolve Golbat into Crobat, you have to have a high friendship.
   1. To do that, you will need to find some cafes and buy drinks with your Golbat out.
   2. You also need to make sure it does not faint in battle.
   3. Lastly you can equip a Soothe Bell which will help to raise friendship over time.
3. After picking any or potentially all of these ways, you just need to battle and have Golbat level up and it will evolve into Crobat.
