Unfortunately, there is no Pokemon breeding or Egg system in Legends Z-A due to the lack of a proper Nursery or Daycare in Lumiose City.

But, players can still have some control over their Pokemon’s Nature through the use of Mints, allowing you to still hone in on particular kinds of Pokemon you’re after in terms of Nature.
