This build focuses on the more meta build with Pelipper setting up Rain with Drizzle, Tailwind and then start spamming Hurricane and Weather Ball.

• Move 3: Tailwind
• Move 4: Protect

Nature: Quiet (+Sp. Atk | -Spd) Ability: Armor Tail

Best Pokémon Synergies to Pair with Pelipper in Pokémon Champions

Pelipper mainly benefits from setting up other Pokemon with Rain and Tailwind.

• Archaludon: Possibly the best Pokemon to use with Pelipper. Helps make Fire moves weaker and makes it so Electro Shot hits in one turn instead of two.
• Basculegion: Basculegion is already very strong but with or without Swift Swim, the Rain or Tailwind make it so this Pokemon is almost always getting a move off before retaliation.
• Dragonite: Whether in Mega or not, Dragonite is extremely strong in the Rain and Tailwind. This helps Dragonite use Hurricane and Thunder without worries of missing.

Potential Counters for Pelipper in Pokémon Champions

Pelipper is especially weak to Grass while having a normal weakness to Rock.

• Archaludon: In the same sense that Archaludon is good with Pelipper is the same reason why it is good against it. An Electro Shot can easily knock out a Pelipper in one hit.
• Rotom Wash: Rotom Wash is an incredible counter to Pelipper as it can benefit from the Rain and can one-shot Pelipper with just a Volt Switch.
• Drampa: Drampa with Cloud Nine is one of the best counters to any weather setter.

If a Pokemon with Cloud Nine or Electric move get to Pelipper, then it can struggle mightily.
