Milotic has really carved out a path for itself as a bulky water Pokemon that can deal some damage, burn and slow Pokemon while living through quite a lot. add in Competitive and you have a very beefy Pokemon that can hit hard back.

Nature: Modest (+Sp. Atk | -Atk) Ability: Competitive

This version focuses on Milotic staying on the field for as long as possible while providing real support for its allies.

Best Stat Point Spread:
You can certainly go Sitrus Berry, if you absolutely need Leftovers on another Pokemon but few will get as much out of the item as Milotic.
Milotic benefits from teammates that help deal out extra damage but other supports can combine to make quite the duo with Milotic.
Milotic is vulnerable to Grass and Electric. Even still it can normally take a punch, especially with its high Sp. Def stats.
Teams that can set up the Sun along or that have Solar Beam or Thunder can cause serious issues for Milotic.
