Pokemon Champions Build Guide
Beedrill is best used as a fast physical attacker in Pokemon Champions. Its strongest build is Mega Beedrill, which gives teams immediate Poison and Bug-type pressure with strong pivoting value.

Last Updated: Regulation M-2
Page Status: This Beedrill build guide will be updated when new Pokemon Champions regulations, items, buffs or nerfs change its best set.
Beedrill has two main builds in Pokemon Champions. The Mega Beedrill build is the stronger offensive option, while the non-Mega build is a more fragile utility attacker when another Pokemon needs the Mega slot.
This is the main Beedrill build. It focuses on outspeeding threats, dealing heavy Adaptability-boosted damage and using U-turn to keep momentum.
| Item | Beedrillite |
|---|---|
| Ability | Adaptability after Mega Evolution |
| Nature | Jolly, +Speed and -Sp. Atk |
| Moves | Poison Jab, U-turn, Drill Run, Protect |
| Stat Point Spread | Attack: 32 / Speed: 30 |
This version gives Beedrill one guaranteed chance to act. Use it when you need fast Poison pressure without using the Mega slot.
| Item | Focus Sash |
|---|---|
| Ability | Sniper |
| Nature | Jolly, +Speed and -Sp. Atk |
| Moves | Poison Jab, X-Scissor, Drill Run, Protect |
| Stat Point Spread | Attack: 32 / Speed: 30 |
Beedrill and Mega Beedrill are shown together below for easy comparison.
Beedrillite is the best item for the main build because it enables Mega Beedrill and gives it Adaptability-boosted attacks.
Focus Sash is the best non-Mega option because regular Beedrill is fragile enough to make glass look structurally ambitious.
Beedrill works best with Pokemon that control speed, remove Steel-types or give it safe openings to pivot.
Gives Beedrill Tailwind support and faster offensive turns.
Handles Steel-type Pokemon and softens physical attackers with Intimidate.
Pressures Rock and Ground-type Pokemon that can threaten Beedrill.
Beedrill is strong against Grass, Fairy, Psychic and Dark-leaning targets that dislike fast Bug or Poison damage.
Mega Beedrill is especially useful when it can attack first and pivot away before taking return damage.
Beedrill is threatened by Fire, Flying, Rock and Psychic damage. Priority moves and bulky Steel-types also make its life miserable, which is rude but effective.
Beedrill can learn Bug, Poison, Ground and utility moves across different Pokemon games. Use the section below to view the full move list by learn method.

Beedrill is worth using if your team wants a very fast physical attacker with strong pivoting and Poison-type pressure.
Mega Beedrill is the clear main build. Non-Mega Beedrill is usable, but it needs careful support to avoid being deleted on contact.
