Jordan Spieth
BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING, LET ME HIT YOU WITH SOME KNOWLEDGE. Since the beginning of June, Spieth has cracked the top-five once in four tries, and those other three, he’s finished at best tied for 30th. Spieth has also only gotten greens in regulation a measly 54% of the time in those four starts. So before you say that I’ve only chosen “premier” players, let me tell you that Spieth has shot five-over-par on par-threes during this span and an astonishing 15-over-par on par-fours. I’ve included Spieth because I believe that after winning two majors last year, he’ll do everything in his power to snatch that trophy from Jason Day.
