Update: Toronto Defiant and Atlanta Reign 2020 Homestands Still Have Tickets Available

Publish Date: September 13, 2019

It appeared earlier today that both the Atlanta Reign and the Toronto Defiant were the first two OWL teams to sell-out homestands for the 2020 season. However, after publishing an initial report, both teams reached out to The Game Haus to provide context as to why the tickets appeared to be sold out.

To be clear, both the Defiant and the Reign bot have tickets available for both 2020 homestands.

Toronto Defiant: Ticketmaster Issues

For the Defiant, there was a Ticketmaster bug that brought the image below to the top of the page when users clicked to buy tickets. This issue has since been resolved

Fans wanting to go to a Defiant homestand also have a chance to get tickets to the team’s summer homestand, the Summer Storm. Details on this have yet to be released and the location is TBD.

Atlanta Reign: Initial Limited Tickets Sold Out

For the Reign, general admission tickets are sold out, but only for the inital batch of tickets that were released. This has been clarified on the team’s website, according to the Reign. Tickets can still be grabbed by heading to the Reign’s ticket sale website, which can be accessed here.

Not much else is known about the Reign’s 2020 homestands, but their full schedule and homestand dates can be found here. We will continue to provide updates on each team as they are made available.

With venues already filling up for next season, be sure to check out the complete list of OWL 2020 ticket prices, with links that direct to each team’s ticket sale website (that have made them available thus far).
