Sources: CarCar has Signed With the Atlanta Reign

Publish Date: December 21, 2019

[Update: This report has been updated here. CarCar was intended to be signed by the Reign previously, but circumstances led to him being signed to their academy team and another main support being signed to the Reign.]

League sources confirmed today that former Fusion University main support player Carson “CarCar” First has signed with the Atlanta Reign. CarCar has multiple seasons of experience in Contenders, playing on Second Wind, Skyfoxes and Fusion University most notably. After all of this, the 18-year-old main support has made his way to the OWL and will play for the Reign for at least the 2020 season.

No other details on his contract length or value have yet been released to The Game Haus.

CarCar brings the Reign’s roster up to 11 players as the offseason winds down. This gives them another main support to compete with or provide depth for Petja “Masaa” Kantanen after the Philadelphia Fusion signed Daniel “FunnyAstro” Hathaway, the Reign’s former Two-Way main support. CarCar provides valuable experience and has proven results, even at such a young age.

The Game Haus will continue to provide any news and updates surrounding signings and transactions leading up to the start of the 2020 season in early February.
