Through the Overwatch League posting the contract status of the current Overwatch League players on October 13th, it was already revealed that both Junyoung ‘Profit’ Park and Dongeon ‘FITS’ Kim were returning under a new contract. Hakyong ‘Stalk3r’ Jeong was also announced to be joining the duo in the Seoul Dynasty DPS Line up. These three players moving forward will be the DPS line up for Season 5 of the Overwatch League.
This came as no surprise has the DPS duo has been heralded as possibly one of the best on a good day. FITS is now the most senior member of the Seoul Dynasty has be a part of the team since Season 2. He has shown his ability to have hard carry moments which were displayed in many matches of Season 4. When Profit joined him in Season 3 the synergy between the two and hyper flexibility is a big part that helped Seoul reach the Grand Finals that season. It is great to see that this DPS duo will be remaining together and what they can do in Overwatch 2.

Stalk3r has been a part of the Gen.G team since 2018. Before that he had quick stints with team BM and wildcats, but the majority of his career has been under Gen.G. His hero pools are a combination of Profit and FITS. Mccree, Tracer, Echo, Pharah, Genji. That makes him another super flexible player that will be able to adjust if needed mid match.

With the DPS line up confirmed for the Seoul Dynasty, Tiger Nation can take a deep breathe as the returning DPS duo and addition of Stalk3r is a good start in the creation of the Season 5 roster. It is nice to see old faces but exciting to see what the new cub will be able to do on the big stage.
