The Seoul Dynasty announced today that they will be parting ways with their DPS player Kim ‘FITS’ Dongeon. This is not unexpected after FITS changed his layout on Twitter and Twitch to take out anything Seoul Dynasty related on Nov 11th, 2022. He was one of three of the DPS players on the Seoul Dynasty for Season 5 of the Overwatch League. He was a starter most of the season along side Park ‘Profit’ Junyoung.
FITS has been with the Seoul Dynasty the longest of all of the current players, joining the team during the second season of the Overwatch League. FITS has had many DPS partners from Kim ‘Fleta’ Byungsun, Park ‘Illicit’ Jemin, Profit, Byeon ‘Munchkin’ Sangbeom, and Jeong ‘Stalk3r’ Hakyong. He has proven himself on countless heroes from his comfort pick of Sombra to his newly picked up Sojourn.
He has been a solid constant in the Tiger Nation’s life for a long time. FITS not only is dependable but a player who could be counted on in tough times. He was a breath of humor from his social media appearances, his singing on stream (such as do you want to build a snowman), and of course, his iconic photo poses.
FITS will be greatly missed on the Dynasty. As the most tenured player, it again seems like this is the end of an era. Tiger Nation wishes him well and good luck in his future endeavors.
