The first official word on this year’s Overwatch Halloween Terror event was finally released today on the Overwatch Twitter account. This trailer confirmed the event’s start date to be October 15 and also featured some, well, disturbing images of everyone’s favorite Omnic monk, Zenyatta.

In the video, Zenyatta stands on his own two feet, which is atypical considering the monk typically floats. Additionally, the title of the tweet was “Be Reborn” which could play into the lore of the event in some way. Zenyatta has not had much lore in the past, so more depth about one of Overwatch’s most unique characters would be welcomed by many.
