Overwatch’s Upcoming Mardi Gras Event Appears to Have Leaked

According to a Twitter account, @OverwatchNaeri who has leaked several of Overwatch’s previous events and skins, has posted images of what appears to be an upcoming Mardi Gras event for Overwatch.

Only pictures of what appear to be skins earned from viewing Twitch have been leaked thus far, which could indicate this is simply an event for viewers of the OWL and Contenders. However, there is also potential this could be a full event taking place before Overwatch’s Archives event which typically happens in mid-March or April.

[02/24 Update: Further leaks suggest that the next event will run from February 25 to March 9 and will be called Ashe’s Mardi Gras Challenge]

Shove (or Fat) Tuesday takes place on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. This would be a likely start date for this event, whatever it ends up meaning to Overwatch. In whatever case, The Game Haus will continue to provide any news and updates as they come to light.
