With such a large prize pool for each of the top eight teams, it makes securing that sixth seed even more vital. Placing sixth or above, for those who don’t know, guarantees a spot in the final eight. The seventh and eighth seeds, while at an advantage still have to survive a play-in match against the winners of the matches between the 9th-12th seeds.
Between Stage Playoff victories and Season Playoff results, there are a few teams that may be walking away from the season with over $1.5 million in total winnings. Between all of the Stage Playoffs champions and the field, who has the best shot at the grand prize? Tune in to the playoffs, which span through most of September, to see which team takes it home.
