Blizzard Entertainment had teased the newest Overwatch hero at the Esports World Cup this year, and it appeared that all signs pointed to DMon, also known as Yuna Lee of the MEKA Squad. Well, those signs led us in the right direction, as Blizzard officially confirmed with an Overwatch DMon hero trailer reveal. To better prepare for the release, here’s everything you need to know about the DMon hero trailer.
DMon will make her official debut on August 6 at 9 am PT. The video can be viewed on the official PlayOverwatch YouTube Channel. From the teaser itself, viewers can make out a few things that are confirmed for not only DMon but Overwatch lore as well.
From the teaser, we get a first look at what DMon will look like. We can see that she has long purple hair and sharp features such as her sharp eyes and focused expression. In terms of her outfit, we can also make out that it’s some sort of combat pilot suit since she’s piloting her mech.
Not only do we get to see Dmon’s Mech Beast in the middle frame, but all of MEKA Squad. That includes DVa, DMon, Casino, Overlord, and King.
