A new feature coming to Overwatch’s 19th competitive season (as a part of patch notes 1.42) is the addition of a limited map pool. In this, there will only be three maps of each of the four types in circulation each season, with the rotation changing from one competitive season to the next. The goal of this being to “provide each season with a different experience and identity” according to the patch notes announcement.
For Competitive Season 19, here are the maps that players will be queuing into, grouped by map type:

As a result, below are the maps not included in the rotation for Season 19, grouped by map type.
Overall, this is the first time in Overwatch’s history that players will be limited as to what maps they can and cannot play. To help prep for the select maps in rotation, be sure to check out The Game Haus’s November Overwatch Tier List.
