The Los Angeles Gladiators have acquired Indy “SPACE” Halpern from the Los Angeles Valiant. The Gladiators tweeted about the signing only minutes after the Valiant announced that SPACE, Brady “Agilities” Girardi and Young-seo “KariV” Park were leaving. SPACE is a member of the United States Overwatch World Cup Team that will play at Blizzcon 2019.

SPACE joined the Los Angeles Valiant in the inaugural season of the Overwatch League. The off-tank player has featured prominently for the Valiant for the past two seasons, primarily playing D.Va, Roadhog and Zarya.
The Gladiators are rebuilding their roster this year, with João Pedro “Hydration” Goes Telles and Chang-hoon “rOar” Gye both leaving the team. Hydration has joined the Houston Outlaws, while rOar has joined the Washington Justice. Both support players, Jonas “Shaz” Suovaara and Benjamin “BigGoose” Isohanni have both confirmed that they will be staying with the Gladiators for the 2020 season.
