Early in the morning, the Los Angeles Gladiators made another surprising roster announcement. On Friday October 16, the Los Angeles Gladiators announced they will be parting ways with Min-seok “OGE” Son. The announcement comes on the same day teams need to make any contract extensions to currently signed players.
OGE joined the Gladiators in 2020 in a trade with the Dallas Fuel. He split time with Roni “LhCloudy” Tiihonen, who was also released earlier this off-season. OGE leaves the team just after one season. Currently this move puts the Gladiators in an interesting position, as they no longer have a main-tank player on the roster.
