On Friday October 16, the London Spitfire continued to announce the steps they are taking to complete a full rebuild. The London Spitfire announced the promotion of former British Hurricane General Manager Ysabel “Noukky” Müller to the OWL team. Noukky will be guiding the team through their rebuild as the General Manager for the 2021 season.
Noukky led the British Hurricane to multiple EU Contenders titles. After finding so much success in the Tier 2 scene, it make sense to promote an in-organization talent to the Overwatch League team. Noukky also noted the team’s expectation to move towards a more western roster. Her announcement video confirmed earlier reports of a complete rebuild of the London roster. Only time will tell if Noukky will sign the Hurricane in its entirety.
