The Houston Outlaws’ general manager Matt “flame” Rodriguez and assistant manager Adam “MESR” De La Torre both announced their departure from the organization on Thursday afternoon.
As of this morning I'm a free agent. Let's talk.
Yes this means what you think it means. No I don't have a logical explanation and no I'm not hiding anything.
Life goes on. Thanks for everything. 💚

Flame and MESR have both held their positions in the organization since the team’s creaton in 2017. Flame in particular is widely credited with helping build much of the inaugural roster from former Team Fortress 2 players.
While flame’s departure appears to be an organizational decision, as he described himself as “in shock” in a later tweet, MESR’s announcement stated that he had voluntarily left.
I quit @Outlaws 🥳
Gonna take a few days to myself (first time in 3 months I think!) then I'll be around to chat if you're interested.

As of press time, the Outlaws had not posted any official announcement about the change in the team’s Discord server or on any social media outlets.
