BREAKING: Florida Mayhem Release Sung-hoon “SNT” Kim

Publish Date: June 2, 2019

Just two hours after announcing their release of Kevyn “TviQ” Lindström, the Florida Mayhem have announced that they are also releasing Sung-hoon “SNT” Kim (or “aWesomeGuy” as he was referred to in the 2018 season). The announcement came through this tweet from the Florida Mayhem Twitter account:

Farewell, @SNT_OW.

Your drive to improve yourself was always easy to see. That effort extended to the entire team’s improvement and growth. Thank you, and best of luck in your future endeavors! pic.twitter.com/A2Xyt0mplL

SNT was picked up in February of 2018 along with star DPS player, Jeongwoo “Sayaplayer” Ha. SNT has yet to see any play time in the 2019 season after being moved to a coaching and substitute role on February 8, 2019. Despite fitting their newly formed all Korean roster, this decision comes after SNT struggled at his main tank role in 2018. The Mayhem finished the Inaugural Season at 7-33, second to last in the league and currently sit at 1-13.

Below is SNT’s Twitlonger about the situation:
