Washington Justice Release Ado, SanSam, Janus, and Hyeonu

Publish Date: October 7, 2019

As roster changes continue to come through, the Washington Justice have release four players from their inaugural roster. Gihyeon “Ado” Chon, Jun-hwa “Janus” Song , Hyang-ki “SanSam” Kim, and Hyeon-woo “Hyeonu” Cho have been released from their contracts. This means these players are now free agents, actively seeking teams within the Overwatch League, as well as Contenders.

This news comes alongside the news of the Justice changing their coaching staff around quite a bit. Just one day after the Overwatch League Grand Finals, the Justice made serious adjustments to their managing staff. With players in tow, it looks like the Justice are shaping their 2020 season months in advance.

Ado came to the Washington Justice from a winless Shanghai Dragons. With the team, he earned his first stage win. Powerful DPS play can ensure that he’ll find a new home. SanSam provided the Justice with offtank play throughout the entire season. Known particularly for his D.Va, SanSam helped shape the Justice into the team they are today. Janus, a powerful main tank, joined his NYXL brother on the Justice. It’s no doubt that Janus has left a mark on the team, and will certainly thrive wherever he lands. Though fans didn’t get to see too much of Hyeonu, his Contenders career speaks for itself. Talented players can find new homes with ease.

No other announcements have come at this time. Keep all eyes on Twitter, and The Game Haus, for any further players announcements.
