Munchkin appeared on stage for Boston in the opening weekend against the NYXL. After the first week Munchkin was moved to the bench, and Tae-hee “Jerry” Min took his starting spot. Munchkin remained on the bench for the past two games against the Houston Outlaws and the Philadelphia Fusion.
In the press release, Chris “Huk” Loranger only had positive thoughts about the 21 year-old DPS player
“Munchkin is a talented veteran and smart, capable leader, […] We are respectful of his decision to depart from the team and wish him luck in his next venture” said Huk.
Though it did not take long for the former Seoul Dynasty hit-scan to find a new home. Hours later, it was announced that Munchkin would be joining the Korean Contenders team, Lucky Future. Munchkin joins Lucky Future alongside several former OWL players, namely Gi-do “Gido” Moon, Jong-seok “Nus” Kim, and Dong-hyeong “DACO” Seo.
