It did not take long for Boston to make more roster moves after the release of Sang-beom “Munchkin” Byeon. On Tuesday, March 3rd, the Boston Uprising announced the signing of new main-support Kobe “Halo” Hamand.
Halo joins the Uprising after a short stint with Triumph, playing with the team during their NA Contenders seeding tournament. He has had plenty of time playing in Contenders, having been a part of both NRG and Second Wind. The signing at a glance seems to be more to add some roster depth to the Uprising, as they currently only have two supports. Halo will be fighting current main-support Gabriel “Swimmer” Levy for the starting spot.
