Colts running back Zack Moss has suffered a serious arm injury, necessitating he miss significant time. Moss has reportedly suffered a broken arm at training camp, which reports indicate will keep him off the field for at least six weeks.
NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported the news via Twitter on Monday.
Moss was a third round pick (86th overall) out of the University of Utah in the 2020 NFL Draft. He was taken by the Buffalo Bills, spending over two years there before being traded (along with a sixth round pick) to the Colts for Nyheim Hines, who is out for the entire season.
While with the Colts last year, Moss played in eight games, starting just three of them. He rushed 76 yards for 365 yards and one touchdown. He also caught four passes for just 12 yards. His career highs in scores came during his first two seasons, when he had four touchdowns.
