The NFL offseason is here. There are plenty of important dates to note, as teams will be trying to improve their roster for next season. Teams will have a chance to sign free agents to help their team. When is NFL free agency?
NFL free agency officially opens up on March 13. Teams can officially sign contracts with free agents on that date.
Before that, on March 10-12, there is a legal tampering period, where unrestricted free agents can negotiate with teams. No contract agreed to before March 13 can be official until the free agent is signed.
