The Washington Redskins have added depth to their offensive line with the signing of offensive tackle Cornelius Lucas on a two-year deal. He will make $5.3 million according to Ian Rapoport.
Lucas, 28, has spent time with the Lions, Rams and Bears in his career. Although he has mostly been a backup throughout his career, he has started 16 games.
Washington will still look to add quality starters to their offensive line, but getting a backup lineman like Lucas is valuable.
