Though not desired, this news is rather timely.
According to head coach Jay Gruden, the Redskins expected Colt McCoy to return to practice this week. Instead of the usual “DNP” beside his name, Washington listed McCoy as a full participant in Wednesday’s practice.
Mentioned the other day on air the plan was for Colt McCoy to practice this week. He was listed as full practice on the #Redskins’ projected injury report today. Case Keenum listed as did not practice with a foot injury.

Case Keenum didn’t perform well in Washington’s loss to Chicago on Monday, and many believe there will be some changes come Sunday.
