Washington Redskins: Case Keenum Missed Practice with Foot Injury and Colt McCoy is Back

Case Keenum misses practice on Wednesday while Colt McCoy returns

After their loss on Monday Night Football, the Washington Redskins went back to practice on Wednesday with a different face under center.

Per multiple sources around the league, Case Keenum did not practice on Wednesday because of a foot injury.

Though not desired, this news is rather timely.

According to head coach Jay Gruden, the Redskins expected Colt McCoy to return to practice this week. Instead of the usual “DNP” beside his name, Washington listed McCoy as a full participant in Wednesday’s practice.

Case Keenum didn’t perform well in Washington’s loss to Chicago on Monday, and many believe there will be some changes come Sunday.
