The Washington Football Team has officially rebranded to the Washington Commanders they revealed on social media Tuesday morning.

The team had been known as the Washington Football Team for the past two seasons after changing from their previous name.
Along with the name change, Washington has revealed new uniforms which include the old burgundy and gold, but also has black as an alternate uniform option.
Washington will start donning the new name and logo starting now with the 2022 season being the first time the uniforms are worn in an NFL game.
