The Minnesota Vikings have agreed to deals with offensive guard Will Fries and defensive lineman Javon Hargrave. Jeremy Fowler reported the Fries news, while Tom Pelissero reported on Hargrave.
Fries, 26, played the first four seasons of his career with the Colts. He has played guard and tackle during his career with 31 career starts.
Hargrave, 32, has played for the Steelers, Eagles and 49ers in his career. He has 380 total tackles and 45.5 career sacks. Last season, he had seven tackles and one sack. Hargrave was only able to play in a few games due to a torn tricep.
The Vikings have made an effort to improve on both the offensive and defensive line. They have added Jonathan Allen and Hargrave to the defensive line to go along with Ryan Kelly and Fries on the offensive line.
