Bowser, 25, was a second round pick by the Ravens in 2017. In his four seasons with the team, Bowser has totaled 10.5 sacks and 52 total tackles.
With Matthew Judon joining the Patriots in free agency, it is important that the Ravens were able to retain Bowser. Had they not been able to, they would be very thin at outside linebacker. Baltimore ranked 14th in the league in sacks last year and will likely take a step backward without Judon.
