Trevor Siemian Out for the Season After Injuring Ankle

New York Jets’ backup quarterback Trevor Siemian suffered a gruesome ankle injury on Monday Night Football against the Browns. He will now be out for the season according to head coach Adam Gase.

Siemian got the start for the Jets because starting quarterback Sam Darnold is out for the next few weeks with mono. Luke Falk came in to finish the game for the Jets, going 20 for 25 for 198 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions.

Falk, a second-year player out of Washington State, will likely start for the Jets moving forward, unless the Jets make a move for another quarterback.
