The New England Patriots and offensive tackle Trent Brown have agreed to a two-year deal according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Brown, 28, is a former seventh-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. He has played seven NFL seasons with the 49ers, Patriots and Raiders. In his career, he has one Super Bowl with the Patriots and also has made a Pro Bowl.

On the Patriots’ offensive line, Brown will rejoin Isaiah Wynn and Michael Onwenu to create a unit of strength for the team. With retaining Brown, the Patriots will hope to make the playoffs again for another season.
