
The Houston Texans have agreed to re-sign Noah Brown and are signing free-agent punter Tommy Townsend. Dianna Russini reported the Brown news, while Adam Schefter broke the Townsend deal.
Brown, 28, has spent time with the Cowboys and Texans in his career. He had 33 receptions for 567 yards and two touchdowns last season.
Townsend is getting a two-year, $6 million deal. He averaged 47.1 yards per punt last season for the Kansas City Chiefs.
