The 27-year-old receiver spent 2015-2018 with the Edmonton Eskimos in the Canadian Football League. In 19 games for the Eskimos, Mitchell had 97 receptions for 1,418 yards and six touchdowns. He has signed contracts with the Cardinals and Buccaneers, but has not seen the field.
While the Buccaneers figure out the contract details with Tom Brady, they are adding to their wide receiver depth with this move.
