Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Stephon Tuitt is out for the year with a torn pectoral according to ESPN.
Tuitt had 22 tackles and 3.5 sacks for the team so far this season. The 26-year-old was in his sixth season with the team.
Tyson Alualu will likely step in for Tuitt as the Steelers look to compete in the AFC North.
