Free-agent wide receiver Russell Gage has agreed to a deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Gage, 26, was a former sixth-round pick by the Atlanta Falcons. In four years with the Falcons Gage totaled 193 receptions for 2,065 yards and nine touchdowns. For the 2021 season, Gage had 66 receptions for 770 yards and four touchdowns.
With Tom Brady returning to the Buccaneers, the team has bolstered its offense with the signing of Gage. He will join Mike Evans and Chris Godwin as the top wide receivers for the Buccaneers.
