Diggs, 26, has experience at corner and safety in his NFL career. He has played five seasons for the Lions with 229 total tackles, six interceptions and 24 passes defended.
Seattle will likely play Diggs at safety as they look to make a playoff push. They got Diggs at a good price as they only gave up the fifth-round pick and get a seventh in return.
