The Pittsburgh Steelers have decided to use their franchise tag on edge rusher Bud Dupree according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Dupree, 27, has spent his entire five-year career with the Steelers. He had a career-year last season, as he totaled 11.5 sacks across from star teammate T.J. Watt.
The Steelers improved their defense a lot last season and with the return of Ben Roethlisberger to the offense, they are in position to make the playoffs again.
