The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a one-year deal with defensive back Jalen Mills worth $5 million. ESPN’s Josina Anderson was the first to report the news.
I'm told Jalen Mills intends to sign a one-year deal to return to the #Eagles and is moving to safety, per source.

The Eagles also announced that they would be moving on from Malcolm Jenkins as Mills moves to safety.
The 25-year-old has played the first four seasons of his career with the Eagles at cornerback. He has 37 passes defended and four interceptions in his career.
Philadelphia needed help in their secondary this offseason, but now the focus will likely shift more toward the cornerback position now that Mills is making the move to safety.
