The New England Patriots have reached a deal with free agent guard Alijah Vera-Tucker on a three-year, $42 million deal, according to Adam Schefter.
Vera-Tucker, 26, is a former first-round pick by the Jets. Through four seasons in New York, Vera-Tucker played in and started 43 games.
New England continues to build out their offensive line with the addition of Vera-Tucker. They drafted Will Campbell in the first round last year and now get another former first-rounder to protect Drake Maye.
