Former Titans first round pick and current free agent offensive tackle Isaiah Wilson is officially suspended for the first three games of the 2023-2024 NFL season. This is his second suspension since being drafted, the first being for violating team rules.
PFF’s Ari Meirov reported the news via Twitter on Monday.
Wilson was drafted 29th overall by the Tennessee Titans back in 2020, but played in only one game due to suspensions and being taken on and off the COVID list. According to Pro Football Focus, he took just three snaps in that game. Those remain the only NFL snaps he’s ever taken.
In 2021, he was traded to the Miami Dolphins, but was quickly waived for showing up late to a physical and then missing two workouts. Wilson then spent time with the Giants’ practice squad but lasted just two-plus months before being waived again.
