NFL Week 7 Picks Against the Spread

Publish Date: October 14, 2025

The NFL season is here. Picking NFL games straight up is hard enough, but picking against the spread is even tougher. Here are NFL week 7 picks against the spread. (Spreads are from Tallysight as of Tuesday morning)

Last Week: 5-10

Season: 42-51

Thursday Night Football

Pittsburgh Steelers (-5.5) at Cincinnati Bengals

Pittsburgh is in the lead of the AFC North and have taken advantage of quarterback injuries in the divison. Joe Flacco looked solid in the second half against the Packers for the Bengals and can keep Thursday night close.

Pick: Bengals

Sunday Morning

Los Angeles Rams (-2.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars (Game in London)

The Rams may be without Puka Nacua, but they still have enough offensive firepower to go on the road and win. Their defense can cause problems for Trevor Lawrence to cover.

Pick: Rams

Sunday Afternoon

Carolina Panthers (-1.5) at New York Jets

The Jets looked better in London, but they lost Garrett Wilson to injury. Carolina got the offense going against the Cowboys and can keep that momentum going against the Jets.

Pick: Panthers

Las Vegas Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs (-12.5)

Kansas City is starting to stack some wins and now get Rashee Rice back. They can beat the Raiders, but this is a pretty big spread, especially for an offense that has been inconsistent this season.

Pick: Raiders

Miami Dolphins at Cleveland Browns (-2.5)

On paper, the Dolphins should win this game, but it seems like they have quit on the season. The Browns’ defense can force turnovers and help get a win at home.

Pick: Browns

New England Patriots (-6.5) at Tennessee Titans

While firing a head coach can give a team a boost, the Titans have to play their former coach this week. Mike Vrabel is out for revenge and Drake Maye is playing really well right now.

Pick: Patriots

New Orleans Saints at Chicago Bears (-4.5)

The Bears are coming off a big win on Monday Night Football where they finally ran the ball well. They can keep that momentum going against the Saints, who have played better than expected this season.

Pick: Bears

Philadelphia Eagles (-2) at Minnesota Vikings

Philadelphia desperately needed the mini bye after playing on Thursday last week. They can clean things up and the Vikings will struggle to move the ball on the Eagles’ defense, even if J.J. McCarthy is able to play.

Pick: Eagles

Sunday Evening

Indianapolis Colts at Los Angeles Chargers (-1.5)

The Colts are playing great this season, but have played just two road games to this point of the season, going 1-1 in those contests. Justin Herbert will put up points and make it hard for the Colts to keep up.

Pick: Chargers

New York Giants at Denver Broncos (-7)

Denver is winning football games, but they aren’t playing good football. They will likely win this week, but the Giants have had extra time to prepare and can keep the game close.

Pick: Giants

Green Bay Packers (-6.5) at Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals are starting to have injuries pile up on offense. Green Bay’s defense should start coming together in this game and their offense has shown some improvement as well.

Pick: Packers

Washington Commanders (-2.5) at Dallas Cowboys

The Commanders are coming off a short week and a loss to the Bears. They still should have success against the Cowboys because their defense is so bad. Washington can run the ball and get a few stops of their own to win and cover.

Pick: Commanders

Sunday Evening

Atlanta Falcons at San Francisco 49ers (-2.5)

San Francisco continues to get banged up, but they win games. They get this one at home against the Falcons, who played well in week 6 against the Bills, but now have to travel across the country on a short week.

Pick: 49ers

Monday Night Football

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Detroit Lions (-5.5)

Detroit lost to the Chiefs last week, but still looks pretty good overall this season. Tampa Bay has dealt with injuries, but Baker Mayfield has helped overcome that with his play. The Lions may win, but the Bucs should be able to keep this close.

Pick: Buccaneers

Houston Texans at Seattle Seahawks (-3.5)

Seattle is at home in this one, but the Texans are coming off a much-needed bye to get things right. Houston should be able to improve and keep things close, even if the Seahawks win.

Pick: Texans
