NFL Week 18 Picks Against the Spread

Publish Date: December 30, 2025

The NFL season is here. Picking NFL games straight up is hard enough, but picking against the spread is even tougher. Here are NFL week 18 picks against the spread. (Spreads are from Tallysight as of Tuesday morning)

Last Week: 6-10

Season: 124-130-2

Saturday Games

Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-3)

Carolina has played well as an underdog this year. Tampa Bay is playing really bad football right now. Unless they can capture something from earlier in the season, the Panthers can pull off the upset.

Pick: Panthers

Seattle Seahawks (-1) at San Francisco 49ers

Seattle has such a balanced team in a lot of ways. The defense plays well, while the offense can move the ball. San Francisco has done a great job, but they are still very injured.

Pick: Seahawks

Sunday Afternoon

Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings (-5.5)

The Packers have nothing to play for, as they are locked into the no. 7 seed. Minnesota will still be playing their starters and wanting to end the season with a win.

Pick: Vikings

Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars (-13)

Jacksonville is playing really well right now and should win this game. They’ll be focused with a chance to still earn the no. 1 seed, but they’ll need losses from the Patriots and Broncos. Tennessee can keep it within the two-touchdown spread in a division game.

Pick: Titans

Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans (-10)

The Colts are likely starting Riley Leonard this week, as they are out of the playoffs. Houston’s defense can make things difficult for him and help them cover.

Pick: Texans

Dallas Cowboys (-4.5) New York Giants

Dallas still has a high-powered offense and should have a good day against the Giants. The Giants should struggle to keep up.

Pick: Cowboys

Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals (-7.5)

The Bengals are beating teams they should with Joe Burrow back at quarterback. Joe Burrow should have a big day against the Browns to end the season.

Pick: Bengals

New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons (-2.5)

Atlanta played extremely well against the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football, showing they may end the season strong. Their defense stepped up and Bijan Robinson was tough to bring down.

Pick: Falcons

Sunday Evening

Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots (-10.5)

New England is still playing for the No. 1 seed and can clinch it with a win and a Broncos loss. Miami will be starting Quinn Ewers who is still a rookie and may make mistakes in this game.

Pick: Patriots

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams (-7.5)

The Rams did not play well on the road against the Falcons and will return home and play better this week against the Cardinals.

Pick: Rams

Detroit Lions at Chicago Bears (-2.5)

The Bears can’t get the no. 1 seed, so are just fighting for the second spot. Detroit won’t want to go down easy this season and could pull off the win.

Pick: Lions

Washington Commanders at Philadelphia Eagles (-7.5)

Philadelphia is playing for the no. 2 seed and can shut down the Commanders without Jayden Daniels.

Pick: Eagles

New York Jets at Buffalo Bills (-7)

The Jets have so many injuries on defense and the Bills should be able to take advantage. They could still get the top wild card spot in the AFC.

Kansas City Chiefs (-5.5) at Las Vegas Raiders

Kansas City is down to Chris Oladokun at quarterback. They still have the team to get a win, but it will probably be close on the road.

Pick: Raiders

Los Angeles Chargers at Denver Broncos (-11.5)

The Chargers are sitting Justin Herbert in the last week, while the Broncos are playing for the top seed. Denver’s defense should help them cover.

Pick: Broncos

Sunday Night Football

Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers

Baltimore has won games to make this a win-and-get-in game. The Steelers really struggled moving the ball against the Browns. While the Ravens may win, it should be a close AFC North battle.

Pick: Steelers
